To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include: your organization name, the specific product or feature affected (e.g., FB-401 Public Safety, FB-409 Marine), the location or callsign you were searching, any error messages displayed, and screenshots if applicable.

Data Questions

SignalGround™ data is sourced from FCC ULS bulk extract files. If you believe data is inaccurate, please check the FCC ULS directly at wireless2.fcc.gov and let us know if you find a discrepancy. We update our data regularly from FCC bulk extracts.
