If you subscribed to SignalGround™ through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, you can also access support through the Azure portal. For billing inquiries related to your Marketplace subscription, please contact Microsoft Azure Support.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include: your organization name, the specific product or feature affected (e.g., FB-401 Public Safety, FB-409 Marine), the location or callsign you were searching, any error messages displayed, and screenshots if applicable.
